Registration
To sign up for a course or guided tour with Bodø Fjellføring

Send an email to fjellforing@gmail.com stating what you want to participate in.

You will then receive a response from us with more information and payment details.

Your registration is valid once the invoice from Bodø Fjellføring has been paid in full.
Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, the following applies

Cancellation 14 days before the event starts: 100% refund

Cancellation 14-7 days before the event starts: 50% invoiced/refunded of the agreed amount

7 days or less before the event starts: no refund
Bodø Fjellføring may cancel/change events due to weather and conditions, injury to guides, or insufficient registrations. Participants will be notified as soon as possible if this becomes relevant. We will always strive to provide you with an alternative experience. Participants will then pay for the tour they join, regardless of their original registration. If the organizer cancels the event, the full amount will be refunded unless otherwise specified.
Responsibility
Ultimately, the guide is responsible during our events. As a participant, you are obliged to follow the guide's instructions and directions.
Insurance
Bodø Fjellføring has liability insurance for all its events. All participants are responsible for having insurance that covers the activity they are participating in. Please ensure that your insurance covers the activity you will be participating in and any cancellation costs. Bodø Fjellføring does not cover costs associated with cancellations.
Health Information
As a participant in our activities, you are required to disclose any illnesses, injuries, and other factors that may affect safety during the activity. This way, we can prevent unwanted incidents and provide you with a better experience.
Age
Participants under 18 years old must either be accompanied by a guardian or have signed a self-declaration to participate.
Photography
When participating in tours with Bodø Fjellføring, you may be photographed by the guide or other participants. These photos may be used in our marketing through social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the tour.
Safety
As a participant in a course/guided tour, we will be traveling in/near terrain that has a certain level of risk associated with it. We continuously work to ensure your safety through good planning, transparent guidance, and encourage you as a participant to ask questions if uncertain.
